How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery across South Africa is R60. Delivery is free for orders valued at R450 and over.
I placed an order! When will I get it?
YAY! *happy dance*
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched for delivery.
Delivery will be made within 2 to 4 business days of making your order.
How do returns work?
We accept returns up to 14 calendar days after delivery (including weekends and public holidays), if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Oops! Something is missing or not in 5-star condition
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Do you offer local pickup?
We currently don’t have a local pickup option available for orders placed through our website.
